WEST COAST
SCHOOL OF MISSIONS
WHAT IS THE
WEST COAST
SCHOOL OF MISSIONS
The West Coast School of Missions (WCSM) is a two-year intensive program to train, equip and develop young men and women along the western coast of the United States which extends from the Bay Area, through the Central Valley, and all the way down to San Diego, California as well as Hawaii.
In 2021, WCSM began as a collaborative effort among church leaders from San Diego, Phoenix, and Los Angeles. The school was established in 2022 and now consists of students from not only San Diego, Phoenix, and Los Angeles, but also Flagstaff, Fresno, San Luis Obispo and Bakersfield. Students are trained in the WCSM but are also expected to receive training in their local churches.
WCSM CURRICULUM
Our school is a revolving program that grounds our students' theology in academic biblical teaching, practical training, and spiritual formation.
Each semester we meet three times for two to four day intensives.
WCSM SELECTION PROCESS
WCSM participants are nominated by their local church and approved by the WCSM director and academic director.
Students apply and enroll for the two-year program on a rolling basis and can begin either in the Fall or Spring semester.
